Ingredients

½ shot pure maple syrup

½ shot fresh lemon juice

1 and ½ shot Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey

½ cup ginger beer

Garnish

4 mini marshmallows, charred

Method

1. Thread the marshmallows onto a skewer.
2. Char by using a gas torch or a candle.
3. Add ice to a glass of your choice.
4. Add the maple syrup, lemon juice and whiskey and then stir well.
5. Top up with ginger beer.
