35ml Paddy Irish Whiskey
15ml Honey
50ml Grapefruit Juice
75ml Pineapple Juice
Method
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into a tall glass
- Garnish with fresh pineapple
