Ingredients

2 shots tequila

1 shot triple sec

½ shot red/pink rose scented syrup

1 shot lime juice

1 shot simple syrup

Garnish

Lime wedge (for glass rim)

Fine pink Himalayan salt (for glass rim)

Method

1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice.
2. Add the tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, triple sec and rose syrup and shake well.
3. Brush the rim of a glass with lime,
4. Dip the edges in pink Himalayan salt,
5. Strain the cocktail mixture into the salt-rimmed glass.
6. Optional: fill the glass with ice before straining the cocktail into the glass.
