Ingredients
Ice
3 shots (25ml each) chilled sauvignon blanc
2-3 shots grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
1 shot bitter apéritif
1 shot lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ shot simple syrup
Soda water, chilled, to top
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the sauvignon blanc, grapefruit juice, bitter apéritif, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake.
- Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Top the glass off with soda water and garnish to your liking.
- Serve immediately.
