Sauvingnon Punch

Ingredients

Ice

3 shots (25ml each) chilled sauvignon blanc

2-3 shots grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed

1 shot bitter apéritif

1 shot lemon juice, freshly squeezed

½ shot simple syrup

Soda water, chilled, to top

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the sauvignon blanc, grapefruit juice, bitter apéritif, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake.
  3. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  4. Top the glass off with soda water and garnish to your liking.
  5. Serve immediately.
